On February 11th, during the rush hour in Spring Festival travel rush, the reporter walked into the washing factory of Yinchuan Passenger Transport Supply Workshop of China Railway Lanzhou Bureau Group Co., Ltd., and felt and recorded the hard work and sweat of the train bedding "beautician" at close range.

　　Just entering the washing plant, with the roar of the machine, a warm moisture came to my face. The reporter saw that seven super-large washing machines, six dryers and five roller presses were neatly arranged, and hundreds of workers sorted, washed, dried, ironed, picked and packed the bedding. "The daily washing capacity is 70,000 pieces, which can guarantee the supply of 12 trains. During Spring Festival travel rush, because of the addition of 87 carriages, the daily washing volume suddenly increased to 24,000. " Wang Qiuying, deputy director of the supply workshop, told the reporter that there are currently 119 washing workers in the washing factory, and their average age is around 45 years old. The workshop operates in two shifts, and it is their "routine" to work overtime during their stay in Spring Festival travel rush.

　　Wanbao, the director of No.1 Washing Factory in the supply workshop, has been working in the supply workshop for 10 years, and he is familiar with all the jobs in the workshop except sewing. Wanbao told reporters that because the washing machine here is different from the domestic washing machine, the washing capacity of the workshop washing machine can reach about 150 kilograms at a time, and the weight after washing is three times higher than before, so it can become heavy physical work when it is taken out. Because of working in a humid environment for a long time, many washing workers suffer from occupational diseases such as arthritis and rheumatoid disease.

　　Wanbao told reporters that the Spring Festival is the busiest time for washing factory workers in a year, and they don’t rest on New Year’s Eve.

　　Two workers in the workshop are sorting the newly arrived bedding. During the period of Spring Festival travel rush, Yinchuan Passenger Transport of China Railway Lanzhou Bureau Group Co., Ltd. washed more than 80,000 pieces of 15 tons every day.

　　The washed sheets were put on the ironing machine by the workers. It is understood that the ironing temperature of the ironing machine reaches 300 degrees, which not only can make the bedding quickly dry and level off, but also can be thoroughly disinfected through high temperature. During my stay in Spring Festival travel rush, everyone had to iron about 3,000 pieces of bedding every day.

　　Workers are adding detergent to the laundry dragon. Laundry dragon is a new intelligent laundry equipment in the workshop, which can wash 1.8 tons of bedding every hour, saving 70% water, 50% energy and 30% materials compared with the old washing machine.

　　A worker is mending the broken bedding bag, and the broken bedding on the train will be "treated" here.

　　A worker is assembling the cleaned large pieces and small pieces for packing. It is understood that at present, the bedding on the train is changed by one passenger.
